Who we are

TatkalStaff (tatkalstaff.in) is an online platform based in Goa, India. It is owned and operated by Meshak Dayanand, an individual (sole proprietor).

We started TatkalStaff because small businesses in Goa often need a skilled extra pair of hands for a few hours or days — a lab technician, an automobile technician, an office assistant, an accounts or legal assistant — while many educated young people are looking for flexible, honest work.

How it works

1. Search staff by type of work and area — no login needed to browse.
2. Book now (starting today) or schedule for later — up to 7 days ahead — choose the days and hours you need and pay securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). The price is simply hours × the staff member’s hourly rate.
3. The staff member accepts and comes to your location on the booked dates. You press Start and End in the app; time is billed to the nearest 15 minutes.
4. When you complete the job you pay only for the hours worked — unused hours are refunded. You then rate the staff member.

What we promise

• Verified staff — every staff member declares 12th pass or higher and uploads education certificates, which we check before they can take bookings.
• Transparent pricing — no booking fee or convenience fee for clients. Our platform fee (9%, 7% from the 2nd booking with the same client, 5% from the 5th) is deducted from the staff payout, and we absorb the payment-gateway charges.
• Your money is protected — payment is held until the job is completed, and the staff payout is held for 24 hours so you can raise a problem.
• Privacy — phone numbers are never shown between clients and staff; chat masks contact details.
• Fair work — staff choose their own rate within the category range and are paid over UPI.
